What kind of support does Ezra Venture offer ?

Ezra Venture provides different kinds of support to fellows:

• A grant up to 2000€ per month during 9 months, renewable once
• Assistance for the setting up of a legal entity to host the project. Ezra Venture may participate in the board of this entity to follow it through, to guide the award winner and to help him/her achieve his/her goals
• An experienced mentor with whom the award winner has regular exchanges
• An introduction to a network of contacts, in particular in the relevant sphere of action
• A personalized training on management or Jewish issues

What is a Mentor ?

Thanks to his/her  experience, open-mindedness and positive attitude, the mentor helps the award winner in his/her thought process. The mentor raises judicious questions at each stage of the project, and help the entrepreneur find his/her own answers. With the mentor, the award winner can test his/her ideas, express and speak about his/herdoubts or fears, without risking sanction. Therefore, the mentor is particularly close to the award winner. Finally, thanks to his/Ezra Venture’s personal network of contacts, the mentor can introduce the award winner to the right persons. The mentor will be proposed by Ezra Venture or by the award winner himself, in which case he will have to be accepted by Ezra Venture.
